The Criminal Operations Bureau, also known as the COB, are a branch of government that handles cross-country crimes and violations, much like what the FBI used to do before the fall of the old government.
The COB handles crimes in the east and west on a case by case basis. They have been known to practice in a lot of unorthodox training, such as torture and unlawful breaking and entering.
Agents of the COB are also known as "cogs".
- Agents work within the COB, where they handle most of the paperwork and organization.
- Special Agents are dispatched and deal with criminal operations throughout the two governments.
